Solution
Ignite Digital implemented a suite of UiPath robots to automate data updates, worklist creation, and LOA entry for Local Processing Officials. The automation leveraged PIEE (WAWF & EDA), NEST, and the IC Tool (Access DB) within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. It featured flexible, browser-agnostic execution (Chrome/Edge), enterprise-level architecture for bulk processing, business rule logic, and fault-tolerant design.
