Solution
Ignite Digital maintained and enhanced six enterprise Tableau dashboards, including Think Warfighter, Carryover, Funds Activity, Expiring Funds, Direct Expenses, Carry-In, and UFCO. These dashboards were hosted in Crystal Cove and Jupiter environments with direct Databricks and Qlik integrations. A new dashboard was developed to track cancelled, expired, and reviewed funds with automated refresh cycles to eliminate manual reporting.
Outcome
Streamlined data validation, reduced reporting time, and improved accuracy of command-wide financial metrics. Leadership gained faster access to key metrics like carryover projections and funding depletion timelines, enhancing operational decision-making and accountability.
